How to Apply

1. Registration and Submission via Exhibition Application Form

   Please read and agree to the exhibition terms and conditions on the application form, then fill in the necessary information and submit your application.

2. Event Management Office: Taiseisha, Ltd.

   After applying via the application form, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address of the contact person you registered.
   Please check the application details and exhibition rules in the email and reply to the administrative office within 24 hours to confirm your acceptance.

   Please reply to the “Application Confirmation Email”within 24 hours of receiving it.
   If you do not reply by the deadline, your application will be automatically canceled.

   If you do not receive a “Application Confirmation Email” within one hour after applying, please contact the Event Management Office.

   If you wish to change your application information, please enter the changes in the “Application Confirmation Email” and reply to the Event Management Office.

3. Exhibition Application Completed

   Once we confirm your reply to the “Application Confirmation Email,” the Event Management Office will send a “Exhibition Application Completion Email” to the email address of the contact person listed in your application.
   Your application will be complete once you receive the “Exhibition Application Completion Email.”
